I have a question for everybody,.......what did you do to improve or to sharp your career skills ? Do you have a future plan for how to live your life? Do you have a future plan for how to be excllent in your job?i

Nowadays it is not enough to be good at what you do, but you have to be excellent...... good accountants are so many ,Good sales people are so many, but the excellent are really little.i

To improve my skills I need to read in diffrent kind of subjects
like English , economic , poerty ...ect
also I must learn more about computer ..

Do you have a future plan for how to live your life?
yes, I have and after I get my college degree in Engineering I will be happy
to do my efforts to give my society what i can do ..

Do you have a future plan for how to be excllent in your job?
To get an excllent job I must study hard and I also need to take alot of fcourses

in diffrent fileds of what the labor market needs

and how can we increase the English level in our Schools?

learning English here in Saudi Arabia is not as useful as learn it abroad

cuz learning new language involves practising and contacting with native speakers

every time and every where

to acquire it as it was our mother's tounge

however we can learn it here if we do all our best

imemorise many words

listen to the native speakers more and more

talk with our friends and with all foriegners in English

read alot and write alot to acquire the right structure

so, learning English here is not bad but it is not as useful as study it outside

I’ve had too many seminars related to my career skills, also be a member of many organizations at the same field beside fellow up with newest studies
Do you have a future plan for how to live your life
Yes I do

let me answer your Q.
It is because English teaching in KSA is bad for many reasons:
1- student don't study English in their early years at the elementary school. The kids under 10 y، have a great ability to learn a second language.
2- The study units of English in saudi school should change in order to be more officient.
3- The English class should be interesting and fun، the English teacher should use teaching aids to attract his students and make them enjoy English learning.
4- Unfortunatly، lots English teachers are not qualified enough. When I took a practical course of English teaching، we went to teach in schools but first we had to attend some classes of English teachers at the school. I attend a class ، the teacher was teaching a new word " wearing" but she didn't pronounce it right. The pronounciation is" waring" but she was saying "weering"، and the students repeat the wronge pronounciation after her!.
5- most students belive that English is difficult to learn، that why they don't exert an effort and are not attintive during the class. The always say " I HATE ENGLISH" " WHY DO WE LEARN ENGLISH". They don't have willingness to learn.
