معليش يا جماعه الخير نسيت نقطه مهمه .. فيه قبل الخطوه الاولى .. ناخذ مقدار 3/4 كأس ما ء ونعجن به العجينه ثم نتركه جانبا لمده ساعه لكي تستريح العجينه
